Can I return the item if it does not fit?

Yes, we have a 30 day return policy and all items are returnable unless otherwise stated. Details can be read under the returns tab.

How does your sizing run?

Our clothing is fitted and does run a little small. You will want to refer to our sizing chart before ordering.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address once the order is received and entered in our system. If the item is not in stock you will be notified. If you need to know right away you can always give us a call.

How long will it take to get my order?

If the items are in stock, your order will ship within 24-72 hours. We use priority mail for standard shipping which takes about 3-5 business days for delivery. If you need your order right away, you can choose an expedited option on the shopping cart. Please note in the comments section upon checking requesting the date you need it by.

How do I exchange an item?

First you will need to request a Return Authorization Number for your return. Once you have received the RA number, go ahead and send back the item with your RA number written on the outside of your package. We do not charge shipping on exchanges unless you need it expedited.

Do you ship international?

Yes! All international orders will be charged and additional shipping and customs paperwork. Custom charges may apply. Please pay in US dollars. Please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery (depending on customs).

Do you use PayPal?

Yes we do. We also accept all major credit cards and check or money orders.

Do you allow check verification over the phone?

No, we do not have that option for checks, if you choose to pay by check, please mail it in with your order. Your order will ship as soon as the check clears our account.

Can I special order an item?

Yes! As a specialty designer and manufacturer we are able to offer individualized service. Any Cattle Kate clothing item can be made especially for you! You can choose your fabric and/or choose your length. There will be a $30 special order and cutting fee applied to the order. Thre may be an additional charge for the fabric depending on the fabric you choose. These orders take extra time. Special ordersa are NON-REFUNDABLE. Swatches are available, please contact us for more information.

Do you have Cattle Kate gift certificates available?

Yes, you can purchase them online under Great Gift ideas or call us toll free 1-800-332-5283. A catalog along with a gift certificate telling them who it is from will be sent to them.
