Our Tie'em Up Ruffle Skirt is a new design with our Crazy Kate feel. The small ruffle around the bottom comes up slightly on the right leg and ties, giving this skirt an asymmetrical look. Constructed of 100% cotton rippled gauze featuring flowing paisleys. Two front pockets for convenience and an elastic waistband for comfort.
